New Agri-Food Chain Coalition calls for stronger EU policy focus on innovation, jobs, sustainability
A broad coalition of associations representing Europe’s agriculture and food sectors is calling for the EU to boost innovation and jobs with “ambitious policies that unlock the great potential of the European agri-food chain and maintain its place as a world leader.”
The Up-to-date Tractor Production, Registery and Export Figures in Turkey, by September 2014
There has been a decrease in the amount of tractor production in Turkey since June 2014, which is acceptable considering the general trend in Turkey in summer seasons. However, the tractor production figure of the first 8 months of 2014 (42,341 units) is nevertheless %20.3 greater than the same period of 2013 (35,178 units), and production amount in August 2014 (4,203 units) is 38% larger than that of 2013 (3,037 units). Yet, the production figure of August 2014 is 8.7% less than that of the last month, where the production figure of June 2014 was 5,886 units.
Agricultural Machinery Industry in Turkey is working compatible with the CE Conformity Marking
According to the 2013 results of the audits of the Turkish Ministry of Industry, agricultural machinery had been the most compatible with CE Conformity Marking sub-machinery industry in Turkey.
